Here's the "Pink Ribbon Mermaid" tube in action!  :D  This is a wonderful example of what's meant by 'tags'.  This one, just like the "Steampunk Dark Angel" tag, involves GIF animation for the water ripple effect and sparkles.  Once again, a lovely creation by Carita.  Thank you for making such lovely tags with my tubes. ^^
